- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can certainly say there is an an improving. I had 2 children at Croydon hospital so far and both experiences were different with the second been much better. Everywhere we go has various individuals with various backgrounds, culture, belief's and up bringing so we may need to kindly understand and I know this can be difficult also, different levels of training and experience. You best ask for what you require there and then in a polite manner this may help with your experience whilst at the hospital. I am going in soon to deliver baby number 3 and I am looking to update by giving Croydon hospital a 5 star. I am sure it's going be a better experience, so far it's been good with my apointments and the individuals I have come across. I know tge staff work very hard and can get overwhelmed with work.
